Tater Hill Paragliding Competition May 2006
- An album of photos taken on May 10, 2006 of a hang gliding and paragliding competition held on top of Tater Hill in Zionville, North Carolina.
Watauga River Run 2007
- This is an album of photos I took at Saturday's 6th annual Watauga River Run in Valle Crucis, N.C. The 5K event raises money for the Watauga County Schools and Zapfitness in honor of a pair of runners, Gwen Tyrie and Andy Palmer, who died a week apart in 2002. Watauga River Run 2006
- 135 runners took part in the 5th annual Watauga River Run on May 27th 2006. The 5k race started and ended at Valle Crucis Elementary school. Proceeds from the race benefit the Gwen Tyrie and Andy Palmer Memorial Funds.
*sigh*
So beautiful. And I'm so jealous. All we have here in Raleigh is rain. Much needed, yes, but not nearly as lovely as snow. I miss snow.

Hey Re, with a little bit of help we might get snow in Raleigh on Sat. I will call you and announce it if it happens. Only problem is it won't be on school days so won't get my coveted snow day off. And Monday is a teacher workday. Just isn't fair.
