It is snowing in Boone

My Saturday:

1. Wake up girls at 7 a.m. so that they can earn Christmas money doing hard labor
2. Listen to girls moan
3. Make coffee for husband and tea for me
4. Look at a dusting of snow on our mountain in Valle Crucis
5. Crawl back in bed for a few minutes and snuggle against sleeping husband
6. Become realistic about the day's chores
7. Take girls to job site
8. Take myself to my job site
9. Produce photos of cute kids sitting upon Santa's lap at Boone Drug Store
10. Look up at Howard's Knob and decide to test out new studded snow tires on Jeep
11. Took the above images of the rockhouse on Junaluska Road
12. Go to the Wellness Center and run 3 miles
13. Take photos of Eagle Scouts at Harris Teeter
14. Go help girls finish hard labor
15. Listen to girls moan
16. Go buy groceries and wine
17. Return home
18. Open a beer
19. Proceed to make a batch of chili, fudge, sugar cookies and Chex mix.
20. Eat too much Chex mix
21. Welcome return of husband from his hard day of labor
22. Enjoy the company of the family around dinner table (chili and corn chips is on the menu)
23. Blog with a glass of port wine (tis the season ya know)



My eldest child likes the 2nd photo while I like the 1st. Which one do you prefer?
