It was a pretty world this morning. The trees were covered in frosty snow---too bad it is March and I'd be more delighted seeing the green of spring. This cabin in the woods is actually a shack behind a house on the corner of Poplar Grove and Hwy 105. I've been meaning to stop and take a photo of it before it ends up crumbled on the ground.
Youngest daughter and I are headed to another dance thingy in a different big city this weekend. I am hardly prepared mainly because I've worked some much at the day/night/weekend job this week. I am looking forward to taking a couple of deep breaths this evening and relax with other dance folk.
I've been meaning to stop by The Light Factory for a while so hopefully I can steal a few minutes tomorrow. I'm sure my camera/necklace will make the trip with me.
By the way--I got to meet Leonard Slatkin yesterday. He's a normal guy. He is recovering from a broken foot after having tripped over his son's snowboard.
