We are not leaving on a jet plane but we will be loading the jeep and heading south on I-95 towards central Florida in a couple of days. Summer is here and I'm making vacation plans. So are many of you. For instance, Amy is spreading the Lemon Love with her concoction made from Limoncello while Beth is cooking scamp and lump crab with ingrediants from Joe Patti's and 2 Things @ Once is busy making tremendous movie recommendations . As for the rest of you, please share your favorite summer drinks ( non and with alcohol ) and your most favorite book that you have read recently. Also, if you have some fantastic seafood recipes, please share. I fully intend to spend my time eating, drinking, reading and playing....more later.
