I'm going to pretend for a moment that I have no editing work to do at all and that my favorite football team didn't just win the 1-AA National Title...just for a moment. Amuse me.
Do you see that guy who is following the guy blowing his nose? Do you know who that is? Why it is Dennis Haskins, of course. He was up the in the press box at the championship game in Chattanooga. If you still have no clue who he is...what if I mentioned the name Richard Belding as in Principal Belding of the 'Saved by the Bell' sitcom. I am sure that Mr. Haskins is a whole lot nicer than he appears at this moment, but I would say that this photo of him may shatter the stereotypical jovial role in which he is cast and land him into acting in more darker genres of film.

Appalachian Artifacts
- I took a winter walk through the woods near my home this week. Harley was my steadfast companion. We found numerous human artifacts and we would like to share a few with you.
Tater Hill Paragliding Competition May 2006
- An album of photos taken on May 10, 2006 of a hang gliding and paragliding competition held on top of Tater Hill in Zionville, North Carolina.
Watauga River Run 2007
- This is an album of photos I took at Saturday's 6th annual Watauga River Run in Valle Crucis, N.C. The 5K event raises money for the Watauga County Schools and Zapfitness in honor of a pair of runners, Gwen Tyrie and Andy Palmer, who died a week apart in 2002. Watauga River Run 2006
- 135 runners took part in the 5th annual Watauga River Run on May 27th 2006. The 5k race started and ended at Valle Crucis Elementary school. Proceeds from the race benefit the Gwen Tyrie and Andy Palmer Memorial Funds.
