I toured the High Country today looking for photos of people and animals venturing outdoors after a full weekend of too much 'togetherness'. My travels took me to the Valle Crucis Conference Center where I was confident that the birding traffic would be in full force. I really wanted to capture that ever elusive 'cardinal in the snow' photo, but wasn't in the mood to wait all day. Instead, I snagged this photo of a Carolina Chickadee waiting its turn in a bush near the feeder.
Mega thanks to all of you who cared to comment on my previous entry. I've already shared the results with the classroom teacher who was impressed with the generosity and overwhelmed by your responsivenss. I think that it proves my point that within minutes, information on the web may be seen worldwide by anyone. Perhaps I can drill this into brains. Additionally, thank you all for listing links and offering advise about how to be web-wise. I will most certainly keep you posted on what happens in the classroom at the end of this month.
