Man, I went to the Watauga County Farmer's Market Saturday morning and all five of my senses were engaged. The questions I left the market are: What can you NOT buy at the market in July? And, who did you NOT see at the morning market? I bagged some eggplant, garlic, scapes, beets, brocolli and basil and wish I had purchased more...

But I admit that when I visited the Farmer's Market, I was just as clueless.
Mrs. Tester said, " Its the flower stalk of a garlic. Use it like a green onion."
